Role Summary:
Our business is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional service to our patients across Ireland. As a key member of our support team, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They must also be proficient in using computers and web-based applications. While experience in pharmacy settings is an advantage, it's not essential.
