Electrical Site Manager Job Summary
The role of Electrical Site Manager is a critical position that oversees the day-to-day management of onsite operations and productivity. This involves coordinating site activities to ensure work is completed on time, managing plant materials onsite to meet agreed specifications, and participating in look-ahead meetings and subcontractor meetings.
* Manage day-to-day site operations
* Coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of work
* Ensure plant materials onsite meet specified requirements
* Manage Quality Control against approved benchmarks
* Manage subcontractor activities, including progress tracking and damage notices
* Participate in look-ahead meetings and subcontractor meetings
* Liaise with health and safety to ensure safe work practices
* Staying abreast with housekeeping and material storage management
* Liaise with clients and departmental managers for timely delivery and effective handover
* Report to Direct Line Contracts Manager
* Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
* Trade-qualified or construction-related qualification
* At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role on a large-scale project
* Strong organisation and management skills
* Ability to manage time, drive productivity, and meet deadlines
* Ability to manage and prioritise tasks
* Interpersonal skills with willingness to work independently and as part of a wider site team
This role offers a competitive hourly rate between €35 to €45 per hour, paid for 40 hours per week, with overtime hours worked also paid. The annual salary is approximately €70,000 to €90,000.
