Our client is seeking Ecommerce Assistant. This is a
participatory

web content
to
order dispatch
and
performance analysis
Core Responsibilities:
Data Reporting:
Analyze data
and
support campaigns
. Pull reports on sales/traffic and help with platform fixes and marketing.
Order Lifecycle & Customer Relations:
Manage
incoming digital purchase orders,
synchronize
their dispatch with supply chain vendors, and provide
high-quality client support
via email and real-time messaging.
Product Portfolio and Web Content Stewardship:
Integrate
novel stock keeping units (SKUs),
draft captivating
descriptive texts,
curate
all imagery and media, and
ensure
every online component (such as collections and advertising banners) is
accurate
and
congruent
with the brand's identity across numerous
e-commerce architectures
(e.g., Shopify, Magento).
Candidate Requirements:

Proven ability to quickly learn and efficiently operate web-based software and various digital systems.
