The surveyors responsibilities can range from: Inspecting properties Budgeting land/property costs for projects, Advising on negotiation strategies, Engaging in negotiations acquisitions with/or for property owners Attending and presenting at Oral Hearings / Arbitrations Qualifications Proven previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.
