A prominent Tier 1 Contractor based in Ireland is seeking experienced professionals to fill various construction roles, with the possibility of relocation to Ireland from the UK.
Key Roles Include:
* Contract Managers: Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
* Project Managers: Coordinate multiple construction projects, manage teams, and maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Site Managers: Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and efficient use of resources.
* Site Engineers (all levels): Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing construction projects, including drafting, estimating, and quality control.
* Finishing Foreperson: Oversees the finishing aspects of construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely completion.
* Building Service Engineers: Design, install, and maintain building services systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
* Quantity Surveyors: Conduct cost estimates, manage budgets, and ensure financial viability of construction projects.
* HSE Advisors: Provide expert advice on health and safety matters, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
