About Our Client & the Role
Our client is a highly respected real estate consultancy offering top-level services, advisory expertise and innovative technology. They are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their Property & Asset Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage prestigious retail assets and work closely with one of their high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for clients, building trusted relationships
Manage lease compliance, occupier applications and technical or operational queries
Oversee financial performance and service charge management in line with RICS standards
Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives across the managed portfolio
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure exceptional presentation standards
Lead property transitions, acquisitions support, due diligence and reporting for stakeholders
Champion occupier engagement, customer experience and compliance with health, safety and insurance requirements
Key Requirements
MRICS qualification (essential) with 3+ years’ property management experience
Strong background managing Central London assets
Commercially astute with proven financial management skills
Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities
Confident in using property management systems and other IT platforms
Capable of strategic thinking, problem-solving and mentoring junior team members
