We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to support our services team with scheduling and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage requests for resources and tools for site works and maintenance visits.
* Liaise with the project services scheduler to ensure the correct tools are deployed for works.
* Prepare necessary paperwork prior to works, and complete it post works ensuring all documentation is signed off by clients.
* Inspect vans before and after site deployment to verify they have provided the correct documentation.
* Assist field services engineers in acquiring required PPE for all works.
Requirements
* Previous experience within a service environment performing administrative functions.
* Demonstrate strong administration, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Possess initiative and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with keen attention to detail.
* Hold comprehensive administrative/clerical/back-office experience, with excellent time management skills.
* Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
* Work well as part of a team, possessing fluent English written and verbal skills.
* Have a strong understanding of the service business, along with knowledge of computer systems.
* Bonus points for ERP system familiarity (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
