At STATSports, our People Operations Administrator plays a pivotal role in the success of our team. This hands-on position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our People Operations team on a fixed-term basis.
This is a great opportunity to shape a positive and inclusive culture by driving employee engagement activities that make a real impact. As part of this role, you will support day-to-day HR Admin, ensure our people processes are followed, from onboarding through to offboarding.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting how we structure our teams and plan for the future, making sure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time
* Support and maintain all admin related to recruitment and the hiring and absence management process
* Assist and coordinate induction and onboarding
* Management and upkeep of HR systems and employee filing
* Gaining hands-on experience with more complex employee relations issues, from performance management to conduct concerns, always ensuring a fair outcome
* Assist and coordinate delivery of the Performance Review process
We are looking for someone who has around a year (or more) of HR experience, ideally from a fast-paced or evolving business. You should be a natural communicator who knows how to build relationships and influence people at all levels.
The ideal candidate will be:
* A natural problem solver with excellent communication skills
* Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Familiar with HR systems and tools, and able to learn quickly
