Duties to include the following: Answer incoming calls from customers in busy motor factors. Deal with over the counter queries efficiently and professionally. Good customer service skills are vital. Competency to manage cash transactions accurately. Must be PC literate as customized software is used to monitor stock levels and to check customer order enquiries. Role requires good communication skills. Ability to liaise with customers/suppliers daily by phone and to pick motor parts and accessories orders accurately. Assist van drivers with loading vehicles for prompt delivery to customers. Re-stock the branch with daily over-night deliveries from suppliers. Salary depends on experience.
