The Utilities Project Engineer is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects supporting site utilities and infrastructure.The role focuses on delivering upgrades and improvements to critical facility systems, including cleanroom environments, site security infrastructure, and data room power and supply systems.The engineer will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards.Core Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and deliver engineering projects related to utilities and facility infrastructure across the siteLead upgrades to cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with GMP and contamination control standardsCoordinate security system upgrades, including access control, monitoring, and supporting infrastructureDeliver data room power and supply upgrades, ensuring reliability of critical IT and operational systemsDevelop project scopes, technical specifications, schedules, and cost estimatesCoordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleEnsure projects comply with EHS, GMP, and site engineering standardsPerform risk assessments, design reviews, and change control documentationSupport commissioning, qualification, and handover of completed systemsProvide technical support for utilities systems and site infrastructure as requiredEducation & Qualifications Required:Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or similar discipline)Minimum 5+ years’ engineering experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environmentsExperience delivering facility or utilities infrastructure projectsKnowledge of GMP environments, cleanroom systems, or regulated manufacturing facilities is desirableStrong project management, coordination, and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to manage contractors and multiple projects simultaneously
