Executive Assistant – Financial Services
Salary: €55,000–€60,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

The Opportunity
A leading financial services firm is seeking a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to support two members of the senior leadership at its Dublin office. This is a broad role combining classic executive support with opportunities to get involved in projects and event coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support to senior leaders, including complex diary and inbox management, meeting preparation and document handling.
* Act as a trusted first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and professional representation at all times.
* Coordinate international travel and itineraries, managing logistics with precision.
* Prepare presentations, reports and briefing packs to a high standard.
* Assist with the organisation of internal and client-facing events, including dinners, seminars and hospitality.
* Manage expenses, approvals and other operational tasks to keep leadership teams running efficiently.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across administration and corporate services, contributing to a supportive team culture.
What We're Looking For
* Previous Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience at senior level, ideally gained in financial or professional services.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels and build strong relationships.
* Experience organising events and managing multiple priorities under pressure.
* High level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
