Manage team to ensure smooth and continuous operations in manufacturing
How Will You Make An Impact?
1. Direct team members and manufacturing activities, with overall responsibility for developing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods through several department managers. Drive manufacturing culture, engage staff morale, and ensure employees' safety.
2. Develop a robust talent development and succession planning in alignment with functional growth strategies across the manufacturing organization.
3. Collaborate with network leadership to develop operational strategy. Partner with cross-functional groups/resources to achieve tactical execution of business objectives.
4. Set and lead the implementation of strategic processes that align with key business strategies.
5. Oversee the implementation of multiple strategic manufacturing project portfolios, including prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects. Lead in identifying risks, developing complex mitigation strategies, and resolving issues in collaboration with cross-functional groups.
6. Identify and lead efforts to optimize business processes, define and implement core competencies by assessing business needs and developing, proposing, and implementing solution options.
7. Collaborate and align with other plant leadership in driving standardized manufacturing operations programs.
8. Be responsible for meeting operational performance and strategic objectives, including finance, manufacturing cost, quality, safety, environmental compliance, MPS targets, and capacity.
9. Manage site operators' technical training team in collaboration with COE.
10. Drive a value stream mindset and culture of continuous improvement based on lean and Six Sigma principles and EW Production System (EPS).
11. Perform other incidental duties as required.
What You Will Need?
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Demonstrated track record in operations management.
3. Experience working in a regulated industry is preferred.

8. Capability to develop and incorporate metrics that demonstrate manufacturing value to the business.
9. Serve as a core partner to senior leaders across various organizational levels.
10. Attention to detail and professional interaction with all organizational levels, with proactive issue escalation.
11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.
12. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.
13. Experience conducting business and technical briefings for senior management and external stakeholders.
14. Ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels and with major customers.
15. Commitment to quality client service and responsiveness.
16. Developing relationships for best practice sharing and team effectiveness.
17. Provide leadership to large cross-functional teams for global enterprise system implementation.
