Kildare Salary: €45,000 €55,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead the successful reopening of a well-established, high-volume restaurant in the heart of Naas. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, people, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in re-establishing the restaurant's brand, recruiting and training a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service and profitability from day one. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead the reopening process including setup, staff recruitment, training, and launch strategy. Hire, train, schedule, and manage front of house teams. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer experience. Drive revenue through service excellence, upselling, and event planning. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure a seamless FOH collaboration. Implement systems and procedures for inventory, stock control, and ordering. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with a focus on cost control and profitability. Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Ensure compliance with all health & safety, licensing, and employment laws. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. Proven track record of team leadership and delivering operational excellence. Strong understanding of front of operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
