The Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Manager
with a strong background in
estimation
to join our team.
This is a pivotal role where you will help shape our commercial strategy, manage key contractor relationships, and ensure our bids for larger projects (€2 million plus) are competitive and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the estimation and tendering process for major electrical projects
Develop strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Identify and pursue high-value project opportunities
Advise on commercial strategy and contribute to business growth
Ensure cost-effective project delivery while maintaining quality standards
Support senior management in ptur enhancing long-term commercial goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in
electrical contracting estimation
and commercial management
Strong understanding of Irish electrical standards, regulations, and contracts
Commercially savvy with the ability to analyse project profitability
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ambition to grow into a leadership role within the business
