Join a forward-thinking organisation as a Business Central Consultant, where you’ll play a pivotal role in optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configurations. You’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the system aligns with business needs, is fully tested, and delivers measurable improvements across finance, CRM, inventory, projects, and more. Note: This is an urgent hire on a short term contract
About Your New Job
* Review and validate existing Business Central configurations across multiple modules.
* Conduct gap assessments and align settings with best practices and business processes.
* Manage and support UAT phases, tracking and resolving system issues.
* Recommend and implement optimisations to improve performance and usability.
* Liaise with vendors/implementation partners to address outstanding issues.
* Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular project updates.
What Skills You Need
* 5+ years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Strong functional knowledge across Finance, CRM, Inventory/Warehouse, and Projects modules.
* Proven track record in configuration, implementation, and optimisation of BC.
* Familiarity with UAT processes, issue tracking, and QA.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with vendors or implementation partners.
* Preferred: Microsoft certifications in BC, and familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
