Red D are recruiting a Sous Chef for a small luxury hotel in the Burren region in the West of Ireland. This is a brilliant fine dining Sous Chef opportunity for a chef who thrives in a high-standard, quality-led kitchen, working with exceptional ingredients and a passionate team. A strong high-end or fine dining background is essential, along with the ability to lead by example and keep standards consistently high throughout service.
