We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic capital projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. This contract role involves full lifecycle management of multi-disciplinary engineering projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk across cross-functional teams
* Lead design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities
* Ensure compliance with GMP, safety standards, and internal change control procedures
* Interface with stakeholders, departments, and external suppliers
* Deliver project documentation in line with regulatory and company standards
* Conduct post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
* 8+ years industry experience, including 3+ years in project management and regulated environments
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Experience in GMP project delivery is desirable
* Familiarity with tools such as SAP, LIMS, Microsoft Office, and project management systems
