We're seeking a well-presented, highly communicative IT Support Analyst to join a professional services environment on a short-term contract. You'll be part of a small, fast-paced support team, delivering top-tier technical assistance to end users both in-person. You will be doing the work physically in the company and working on migration projects
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality 1st/2nd line support across Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Office 365, and other core applications.
* Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and professionally.
* Support device management (MDM), Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, and endpoint protection tools.
* Assist with user onboarding, hardware inventory, and documentation.
* Collaborate with wider tech teams to escalate complex issues.
* Shift work and on-call duties may apply after an initial period.
What We're Looking For:
* 2–3 years' experience in corporate IT support, ideally in legal or professional services.
* Impeccable communication skills and a polished, professional presentation.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
* Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
* Team player with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
