Senior Site Engineer - Residential Development Opportunities
We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to take ownership of setting out, site coordination, and delivery on live projects in Malahide and Dunboyne.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead setting out for houses, apartments, roads, and drainage.
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and trades.
* Drive programme delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved.
* Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with 5+ years experience in residential construction, ideally with housing and RC frame. They will also possess strong technical expertise in setting out and construction sequencing, as well as proven leadership skills in supervising subcontractors and site teams.
Requirements:
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying equipment, and MS Office.
* Full clean driving licence.
