This is a senior product leadership role responsible for leading the PACE (Product and Cycle Time Excellence) team and shaping the strategy for respiratory solutions used in global clinical trials. The role ensures products deliver scientific excellence, operational efficiency, and commercial impact for sponsors, CROs, sites, and patients.Owning the end-to-end product and service lifecycle, this position blends strategic direction with hands-on leadership, working closely with R&D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role partners with VPs and senior leaders to drive investment decisions and long-term portfolio growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Lifecycle OwnershipDefine and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for respiratory clinical trial devices and services.Identify market opportunities through analysis of pipelines, regulations, and competitors.Drive innovation to improve data quality, trial efficiency, usability, and patient experience.Product Development & Continuous ImprovementOwn the product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.Translate scientific, operational, and customer needs into clear product requirements.Lead data-driven continuous improvement to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.PACE Team LeadershipLead and develop the PACE team across product definition, analytics, and clinical enablement.Set priorities, allocate resources, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.Customer Insight & Commercial EnablementLead Voice of Customer activities with sponsors, CROs, and sites.Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market plans.Ensure product messaging aligns with scientific evidence, regulatory requirements, and commercial goals.Cross-Functional & Executive EngagementAlign stakeholders across clinical, R&D, operations, finance, and commercial teams.Represent product strategy, performance, and portfolio decisions at senior leadership level.Performance & Portfolio ManagementOwn product KPIs, commercial impact, and customer outcomes.Drive portfolio decisions including investment, expansion, repositioning, or sunsetting.Build business cases and forecasts with Finance and Commercial leadership.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related field.6+ years' product management experience in clinical trials, medical devices, digital health, or respiratory-related areas.Proven success delivering products from development through launch and optimization.Strong understanding of clinical trial workflows, endpoints, and regulatory environments.Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.PreferredAdvanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH, or similar).Experience with connected respiratory devices or clinical technology platforms.Background working with biopharma sponsors, CROs, or clinical sites.Key CompetenciesStrategic and commercial thinkingClinical and technical fluencyLeadership and team developmentCustomer-centric mindsetClear, influential communicationData-driven decision makingInnovation and cross-functional collaborationIND1
