Key Information: This will be 5 days in the office Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:15 - 17:00 / Friday: 08:30 - 16:00 Benefits: Holiday: 25 days per holiday year + 10 days Public Holidays Life Assurance Pension Scheme: Up to 6.5% contributory Paid Health Cover Scheme 10% Discretionary Annual Bonus Duties in the role: To be responsible for, dealing directly with customers to negotiate price, secure purchase orders and record win/loss ratio at the point of sale To provide the customers with an excellent sales service experience in order to promote repeat sales During the growth phase of the product there will be a significant element of creating robust procedures, engaging in marketing activities including telephone cold calling, electronic marketing and similar promotional activities To assist the commercial team (field based sales) by sending technical information, data sheets, drawings, NBS specifications and other technical supporting documentation as necessary to provide clarity of our offer and confidence to the customer To utilise the CRM system to maintain customer and project records To review weekly and monthly the quotation order bank and report issues and collate reports accordingly.
