Site Manager required for an immediate start. Our client is a large construction company with extensive experience across Ireland. They are now seeking to recruit a Site Manager.Responsibilities include:Supervising projects to tight deadlines and high standards, including health and safety.Coordinating subcontractors and controlling programmes with the preparation of look-ahead schedules.Preparing progress reports and chairing site meetings.Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.Ensuring compliance with current Health and Safety Construction regulations.Requirements:At least 5 years’ experience with a main contractor.Experience in education, healthcare, commercial, retail, or residential projects is beneficial.Background in engineering or trades considered.Fully computer-literate with experience in project coordination and reporting.Ability to start immediately; full-time, permanent position based in the Midlands or West of Ireland.The company is expanding and looking for someone who can bring valuable experience across various projects such as schools, commercial, residential, and large fit-outs.
