What is the opportunity?
As a member of the Omnissa Inside Solution Engineering team, we evangelise our Digital Workspace business value and technical benefits to technology decision makers in our customers. As well as working with and supporting Omnissa Partners, who are partnering with us on customer engagements.
Position responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Corporate Account sales team on delivering technical validation to opportunities. Supporting the sales team with your technical knowledge and expertise.
* Engage with technology decision makers in your customers, building relationships, evangelising Omnissa solutions, and providing domain expertise to assist in closing business.
* Engage with Omnissa Partners who are driving Omnissa Corporate account opportunities. Support that partner for that engagement with technical knowledge and support. Enabling them to access trials and demo environments.
* Support the EMEA Partner SE team in EMEA in helping to deliver technical enablement to Omnissa Distribution partners. Work closely to understand what is required and build your relationships with those Distribution partners.
* Track the technical validation process of partners involved in your corporate opportunities, ensuring you understand the use cases and how they will be proven.
* Deliver demonstrations of Omnissa solutions where required, along with building Proof of Concept (POC) Statement of Works (SoW) and delivering POCs to the customer directly in order to technically validate the Omnissa solution against the customer use cases.
* Support the Corporate Account sales team with post-sales activity for customers where required, including tasks like requesting trial licenses, helping to troubleshoot partner or customer access to Omnissa Portals.
* Work closely with the Corporate Account sales team to understand which opportunities require support, help to technically qualify. Including being proactive with Salesforce management and activity recording in the Athena system.
* Support customers and partners by raising support tickets and escalating issues as required.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
* Comfortable in English – both written and spoken.
* Fluent in French, German would also be desirable.
* 1+ years of Pre-Sales experience, experience in the EUC market desirable, but not essential.
* Experience in the EUC partner ecosystem is desirable, but not essential.
* Experience in SaaS solutions is desirable.
* Experience in one of the following technologies is highly valued:
* Desktop Virtualization: (Omnissa Horizon, Citrix VAD, or Microsoft AVD)
* Mobile Device Management (Android, iOS, Zebr, or other rugged device types)
* Desktop Management (Windows, MacOS, Google ChromeOS, Linux)
* Identity Access Management (Okta, Ping, Microsoft AAD, or other SAML authentication)
* Zero-Trust security model, Endpoint Protection, and Enterprise Security
* You will be an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude, and will adapt to change with a real passion for the EUC technology space
* Presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
* Strong listening, reasoning, and objection-handling skills
* You are effective in working both independently and in a team setting.
* You are a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skill,s and possess excellent time management and reporting skills.
* On some occasions, travel may be required for Omnissa Sales Kick-Offs, Events and Training.
