Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment
* strategies.
* Sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to match client requirements.
* Build and maintain lasting relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment
* process.
* Managing candidate portfolios, ensuring database management, compliance, and reference checks.
What We Look for in Our Teammates:
* 1+ years of professional experience in any field (such as Events, Sales, Customer Service,
* Banking, Retail, Insurance, etc…).
* Proven ability to meet targets/ deadlines.
* Thrives in a proactive and fast-paced environment.
* A bachelor's is a plus

* In their first year, our average performer earns in total compensation 43K+, combining base salary and total compensation. Our average earnings are €61K in the second year, and high performers exceed this.
