We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Risk and Fraud Investigation Specialist.
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily service level agreements are met in responding to user tickets and reviewing users or reservations for risks to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse patterns and trends, educate users on how to maintain security and safety while using the system responsibly.
* Investigate complex situations and potential brand risks surfaced in high volume queues.
* Develop and enhance internal policies and tools such as increasing automation, updating policies, and fixing product loopholes.
* Maintain high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations.
* Comprehensively document investigations.
* Work with external Product vendors to enhance proactive and reactive risk detection.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience within risk management, fraud prevention, or Trust and Safety. They should be familiar with the Google suite: mail, docs, sheets, and slides, and have Mac OS experience with customer ticketing systems.
They will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to help our community in a tactful and diplomatic manner. The ability to balance fraud prevention alongside a positive customer experience is also essential.
