We are on the lookout for a talented Liquidity Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team in Dublin.

Why This Role Matters: In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely liquidity reports that help steer the strategic and regulatory course of the Bank.
Your insights and attention to detail will support high-impact decisions across the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Preparing daily liquidity reports (LCR, NSFR) and ensuring accurate variance analysis and reconciliations.
• Assisting in the monthly/quarterly production of regulatory liquidity reports including ALMM, Asset Encumbrance, IRRBB, and more.
• Supporting process enhancements and automation initiatives, including JIRA and Axiom testing.
• Collaborating across teams to produce report packs, gather attestations, and ensure timely regulatory submissions.
• Building a deep understanding of SIDAC's liquidity regulatory framework through continuous training and development.
• Contributing to risk-aware decision-making and upholding best practices in compliance and control.
What You'll Bring:
• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is required.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
• A solid grasp of financial statements, liquidity metrics, and regulatory reporting.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance team environment.

Working Policy Expectations:
The position offers a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 remote per week.
