Together, we’re building a more resilient planet – one innovation at a time.**Global Manufacturing Finance – Senior Manager****Location:** Cork, Ireland**Position Summary**As the Global Manufacturing Finance Senior Manager, you will lead the global Operations Finance (OF) team and drive the development, governance, and implementation of global finance standards across budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, and financial modelling, in addition to overseeing the operational work of direct reports supporting regional operations. You will partner closely with Financial and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) leadership to support strategic decision‐making. Reporting to the FP&A Director of Operations, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, ISC, and Corporate functions to ensure accurate, consistent, and insightful financial support to the business.**Main Responsibilities:*** Lead and develop a global finance team supporting Manufacturing Finance activities.* Oversee global processes for budgeting, forecasting, and standard cost setting.* Govern month‐end and quarter‐end close activities for global manufacturing operations.* Prepare and review financial forecasts, cost variance reports, and insights for business partners.* Monitor financial performance and drive improvements in reporting and forecasting accuracy.* Oversee financial modelling activities across the ISC network.* Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP product costing and operations‐related reporting.* Lead global Manufacturing Finance projects and support SOX, audit, and inventory‐related activities.**Mandatory Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.* Extensive experience (10–15 years) in financial planning and analysis, product costing, or operations finance within manufacturing.* Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.* Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights and explain business drivers.* Experience leading financial reporting cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.* Standard costing and financial modelling expertise (e.g., NPV, product costing, working capital).* Advanced SAP ERP experience related to product costing and operational reporting.* Experience working in multinational environments with understanding of foreign currency impacts.* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong communication and stakeholder‐management capabilities.FMC is an equal opportunity employer.
