Our client based in Tipperary Town are recruiting for an experienced accounts administrator.
This is a full time role, 9am to 5pm.
You will be responsible for accurate and timely recording, reconciliation and reporting of financial transactions, preparation and filing of related Revenue and CRO returns and other related responsibilities.
Main duties:
Responsible for the timely and accurate recording, reconciliation and reporting of financial transactions (such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and other financial accounts) and storing same in hard and/or soft copy.
Preparation and filing of VAT Returns, RCT Returns etc.
Processing of weekly and monthly payroll.
Other duties as required.
Essential Requirements
Good knowledge and experience of using MS Office especially Microsoft Excel would be very advantageous
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to take and follow instruction
Able to work independently and in a team
Able to achieve goals/deadlines within agreed timeframes.

Normal office based hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm but these hours are flexible to suit.
