We are looking for a Part Time Coach for our Celbridge gym.

Position Summary
Bua is seeking an individual devoted to providing exceptional fitness coaching and to lead a community at our Celbridge Gym. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be joining an established team who are dedicated to serving our members by providing superior fitness coaching, both inside and outside of CrossFit classes.
Additionally, you will be building a real community, taking care of our facility and creating an environment for growth.
Key Tasks:
Working 9 – 15 hours per week, coaching classes, attending team meetings and coaching development sessions and taking care of your facility. It also includes responding to Bua gym and member needs/requests and upholding the Bua standards and driving the culture.
To accomplish this mission, you will have a high degree of problem solving and autonomy based on your past successes and relevant experience. You must be a great communicator, organised, and have proven success in supporting customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties
* Plan and coach classes to the highest standard.
* Provide attentive and friendly service to Bua members.
* Shape and nurture lasting relationships, be a resource to support, and develop lifelong subscribers.
* Manage all aspects of Bua Memberships on Wodify.
* Maintain, repair and improve all aspects of the Bua facility.
* Escalate concerns/issues to management.
* Embody Bua values/mission and be an exceptional representative of the brand.
* Explore personal growth opportunities that help drive you and Bua forward.
Education
* CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification, or similar Strength and Conditioning certification
* CrossFit Level 2 would be an advantage

Advantages:
* 1+ years CrossFit coaching experience
* An experienced CrossFitter with strong knowledge of CrossFit movements, terminology and brands
* CRM experience; previous use/knowledge of Wodify is a plus
* Track record of being part of fast-paced, highly successful organisations
