We have several Residential and Industrial projects which we are working on. This role would include two residential projects, one in Rush (62 Units) and Drogheda (approx. 350 units to be completed).Role descriptionOversee the management of residential projectsManage the planning processManage and lead the project management & Design teamDevelop the construction programme, manage the program and monitor progress on site to ensure delivery of completed project on timeHave a clear understanding of different contract forms and their administrationAssist in the management of sub-contractor packages on siteDevelop, install and manage project methodology and company strategy for each projectOversee and ensure all EHSQ systems are adheredMaintain a structured approach to managing the project on the ground from progress meeting and clear reporting on project performanceManage and oversee the design portion elements of sub-contractor packages including the QS submittal process in a timely fashionManage client expectations on all contracts to ensure new and existing relationships are developed and maintainedManage the procurement process for all projects suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projectOversee all commercial aspects of projectsProvide value engineering solutions where possibleReport monthly to DirectorsRepresent Manley at all project meetingsParticipation in developing the company strategyQualificationsResidential Construction experience is essentialMinimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role with a Main ContractorDegree in construction, civil engineering or similarBe able to communicate well and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of construction practices, trades and techniquesA track record in delivering projects on timeTechnically astuteExcellent Information Technology skillsFull clean European driver’s license and a form of transport which will enable you to fulfil your responsibilitiesExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to meet deadlinesSalary: Attractive and Negotiable and will include suitable benefits and package.
