Job Overview

* Plan and execute the annual Compliance Plan, focusing on high-risk areas.

* Offer technical leadership to the Assurance team.
* Advise on the development and assessment of Compliance controls.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A relevant compliance qualification, such as an ACOI Diploma or Certificate.
* Previous experience of Compliance Reporting in an insurance company.
* Proven experience in team management and development.
* A good working knowledge of all relevant legislation.
