* Sell new and used Mercedes-Benz cars using our structured sales process
* Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
* Promote finance, insurance, and add-on products
* Build strong relationships with showroom visitors and generate new business leads
* Hit sales targets for new/used vehicles, accessories, and KPIs
* Make regular outbound calls to prospects
* Consistently follow MSL’s sales procedures
