Optical Assistant:
The role is to advise, fit and supply the most appropriate spectacle frames and lenses for each patient. Customer service and reception. Full training provided.
The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail & accuracy, allowing them to maintain high standards, to maximise customer satisfaction. Great team work and good initiative, excellent communication and listening skills. Able to receive feedback and be open to development, we will be there to offer guidance and support.
Computer literacy essential.
Customer service or retail experience would be an advantage.
Availability to work the occasional Saturday required.
Main responsibilities:
Reception and administration.
Optical product sales.
Complete necessary minor repairs and adjustments.
