Job Title: Branch Customer Experience Champion
This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our team. As a Branch Customer Experience Champion, you will play a key part in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and support.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and take ownership of your work to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Work Collaboratively: Support the efficient delivery of business objectives and day-to-day branch operations, working closely with colleagues and managers.
* Develop Skills: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* Sales and Business Development: Generate and execute sales from lead to fulfillment, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
Requirements:
* QFA or APA: Hold a Qualifying Financial Advisor (QFA) or Accredited Personal Advisor (APA) qualification in Loans and/or Savings & Investments, with current Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
* Education and Experience: Meet the minimum entry requirements of holding an Ordinary Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with a grade D3/O6/H6 at Ordinary or Higher Level in five Leaving Certificate subjects, or 5+ years post Leaving Certificate experience.
* Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
* Sales and Customer Service Experience: Have significant level of proven sales, customer service or clerical experience in a regulatory compliant environment.
