Job Title: Office Administrator IV

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Office Administrator IV. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations.

* Responsibilities:
o Manage correspondence, draft responses, and coordinate meetings across departments.
o Collect, disseminate, and collate data from various sources, including external bodies.
o Record and report incidents using NIMS software.
o Coordinate parliamentary questions and representations, and track responses from public representatives.
o Track financial and HR data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
o Manage archiving and filing systems.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Professional Knowledge & Experience:
o Demonstrate knowledge and experience relevant to the role, including duties, responsibilities, eligibility criteria, and post-specific requirements.
o Maximize the use of ICT and demonstrate excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
o Work in line with relevant policies and procedures.


Planning and Managing Resources:

This role requires a high level of planning and organization skills, including:

* Ability to plan and organize own workload and that of others effectively within strict deadlines.
* Set realistic goals and time-scales, taking into account potential problems and competing priorities.
* Maintain awareness of value for money.

* Providing customer-focused support to internal and external stakeholders.
