Role Summary


We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cost consultancy services on large-scale construction projects.

Job Description


* Pre-contract cost control and management, including estimating and cost planning;
* All post-contract functions, including interim recommendations, cost reporting, client meetings and final account reconciliations;

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and experience working with clients to deliver high-quality results.



Key Responsibilities:


The following duties may form part of this role but are not limited to:

1. To prepare bills of quantities using Buildsoft & Cubit software.
2. To estimate costs for clients based on project specifications.
