Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers both face-to-face and over the phone, offering expert advice and tailored product recommendations.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and drives repeat business.
* Actively listen to customer needs, offering creative solutions and product options to bring their ideas to life.
* Drive sales by maximising opportunities across the full product range, exceeding individual targets, and supporting team success.
* Upsell, recommend alternatives, promote in-house brands, and encourage cross-product sales.
* Prepare accurate, competitive quotations aligned with customer budgets and company pricing policies.
* Provide timely follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships.
* Monitor customer orders and delivery timelines, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
* Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standards and assist with general showroom duties as needed.
* Consistently adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a retail sales environment, ideally involving complex product sales and consultative engagement.
* Previous experience with sanitary-ware or exposure to the construction, interiors, or bathroom sector is advantageous but not essential.
