Overview
Post Office Clerk role at Moriarty Group in Palmerstown, Dublin 20. This is a part-time position averaging 20-24 hours per week, 3 days over 6, with shifts Monday to Saturday. Shifts include day shifts, lunch cover, and Saturday mornings (Saturday shifts are half day and rotated).
Responsibilities
* Support the office manager in the day-to-day management of the office.
* Carry out general cashier counter duties.
* Provide a high level of customer care to all customers of the office.
* Assist customers in availing of An Post services.
* Ensure awareness of and familiarity with all services provided by An Post.
* Opening and closing duties.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years experience as a post office cashier is desirable.
* Experience in a front-facing role with the public.
* Experience in cash handling.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Ability to multi-task.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent people skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
