Lead architecture governance, standards, and principles across the organisation. Build and mentor an Enterprise Architecture practice and community. Drive simplification, reduce duplication, and improve architectural coherence. Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and innovation. Deliver high-quality solution architecture guidance with a focus on modularity and reuse. Engage senior stakeholders to shape decisions and align on strategic outcomes. What You'll Bring Essential: 15+ years' broad IT experience across architecture, development, delivery, or support. Experience leading major transformation programmes. Strong understanding of business, data, application, and integration architecture. Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with practical delivery needs. Desirable: Experience managing architecture or technical teams. Knowledge of information security architecture.
