The core objective is to ensure investors can access funds and fund information, supporting growth. The role requires building strong relationships across colleagues, clients, investors and service providers and understanding distribution channels. The Junior Associate will be working within a dynamic team, gaining exposure to investor relations, marketing, risk and relationship management, and will develop understanding of multiple distribution channels.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with internal units to build knowledge and networks and respond to external queriesLog all communication and activity in Salesforce or relevant tracking sheetsAct in line with the team’s procedures and processesSet up and coordinate client activities for funds, including:Passporting & country registrationDistribution & wrap platformsJurisdictional, investor-requested, reportingTax reportingData dissemination via key investor databasesOwn a number of client relationships and meet distribution deliverablesRespond to fund or investor due diligence questionnairesProvide scheduled reporting to clients, investors and internal stakeholdersUpdate application & subscription forms and marketing materials, including monthly and quarterly factsheetsSupport investor rebate calculations and reconciliationsRequirementsEducation: An internationally recognised professional degree/qualification, preferably in Finance or Marketing.Experience1+ years’ experience within an Investor Relations or Client Relations team within the financial services industry would be beneficial.Understanding of regulated fund structures (e.g., UCITS, AIFs, ETFs).Working knowledge of another European language is an added advantage.Excellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detailAbility to meet deadlinesCollaborative across functional boundariesHigh integrity and client focusSelf-motivation, confidence and ownership of your workStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
