Retail Betting Assistant
Starting Salary: €14.40 per hour
About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and motivated individual to be the welcoming host for our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience in our retail shops. You'll engage warmly with every visitor, provide best in class service, and create a friendly atmosphere. Your enthusiasm for technology will help you promote our online and retail products and services, ensuring that each customer enjoys their time with us.
Responsibilities
Host customers in the shop, cross‑sell our retail and online products and services, and clearly communicate answers to customer queries.
Assist customers with placing bets through various channels, including betting terminals, telephone services, and in‑shop transactions.
Maintain excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
Step up and guide operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager, ensuring smooth functioning of the shop.
Adapt to different situations while remaining customer focused.
Fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations.
