Job description
1. The Project Management Team, responsible for the provision of expert resources to transformation projects and programmes to manage successful end-to-end delivery, using a consistent best practice approach, complete project/programme reporting, and transfer skills and knowledge to colleagues managing business as usual activities.
2. The Change Management Team, responsible for providing change management expertise for programmes and projects including defining and developing change impact assessments for each programme; developing a plan for the delivery of appropriate change management activities; providing expert resources to proactively prepare stakeholders for the impact of the changes being delivered by transformation projects and programmes.
3. The Business Process Analysis Team is responsible for analysing and reviewing processes as part of S&T services. The completion of impact assessments for current processes will help shape designs for the future and making informed decisions with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 8 qualification and have substantial and extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and strategic change programmes.
