We are currently recruiting for a HR Executive on behalf of a leading organisation in Kanturk. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and administrative skills who enjoys working with data to support HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and manage HR data (e.g., time & attendance, surveys, training records)
* Analyse data for trends in recruitment, retention, and compliance
* Prepare clear reports and summaries for senior HR stakeholders
* Recommend actions to improve hiring, engagement, and culture
* Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintain data accuracy and ensure system integrity
* Assist with HR audits and compliance checks
* Respond to employee HR queries and provide admin support
Key Skills & Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong attention to detail
* Analytical thinking and data interpretation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Ability to quickly learn HR systems (e.g., TMS, nVolve)
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Confidential and compliance-aware
Desirable Qualifications:
* Degree or diploma in HR, Business, or a related field
* Previous experience in a HR support or data-focused role
