Due to continued growth and the acquisition of significant new contracts they now have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller. This role will offer genuine progression in line with the company expansion. The Role: Develop and continually improve processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting Liaise with the commercial and operations teams on all projects and costings. Oversee cashflow forecasting and weekly/quarterly/annual budgets Manage the wider finance team and oversee the monthly reporting process Partner with the operational and commercial teams to achieve optimal efficiency and maximise profitability. Year end accounts prep and liaise with the external auditors. The Person: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Driven and ambitious individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced excel skills to include complex financial modelling. Experience of construction / manufacturing desirable.
