The Organisation
Stewarts Care is a long-established voluntary organisation, funded by the HSE under Section 38. We support people with intellectual disabilities through residential care, day services, independent living, job advocacy, and vocational training.
The Role
Our Person-Centred Planning Manager will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the programme of person-centred planning for people with intellectual disabilities at Stewarts Care. The role involves working across Stewarts' residential and day services to ensure that person-centred planning effectively supports the wishes and dreams of individuals and positively impacts their inclusion as citizens within their community.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a professional and confident manner and be able to build and maintain excellent relationships at every level, within the team.
Criteria
* A third-level qualification in healthcare, social sciences, or other relevant field.
* Very good knowledge of PATH and/or other approaches to person-centred planning.
* Experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing PCPs for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Knowledge of statutory requirements and policy regarding person-centred planning in Ireland.
* Experience of leading and managing staff teams.
* Proven experience of developing and delivering programmes in disability, healthcare, or related fields.
* Experience of delivering training and support to a range of stakeholders.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Teams.

Salary
In line with the Department of Health consolidated pay scales, the current salary scale is Current Salary Scale: (Grade VII - Clerical) €60,013 - €78,015 incl LSI
