1. Coordinate care assistants' schedules on a daily basis
2. Address any operational issues arising in relation to customer care calls
3. Ensure all clients have a permanent care team assigned to them
4. Deal with scheduling queries and respond accordingly
5. Provide emergency cover assigned until 10am the next working day
6. Inform clients of time changes
7. Ensure all schedules are assigned 2 weeks in advance
8. Verify weekly allocated hours
9. Liaise with Care Manager on start dates for new carers
10. Complete reports on the shared drive by 12pm on the last working day
11. Ensure all shifts are covered 2 weeks in advance
12. Conduct weekly reporting
Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will require at least 1 year of office administration experience, with one touch experience being an advantage. You should also possess strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to develop your career within a fast-paced environment.
