KNOW THE ROLE
We are seeking a Full‑Time Sales Associate to represent EX NIHILO within Brown Thomas Dublin. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a distinguished level of service that reflects the elegance and creativity of the EX NIHILO universe.
Responsibilities Include
* Provide exceptional, personalised client experiences consistent with EX NIHILO’s luxury service standards
* Develop deep product knowledge to communicate the brand’s story, craftsmanship, and olfactory identity
* Build lasting client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Maintain impeccable counter presentation and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines
* Support promotional events and new product launches
* Uphold Brown Thomas and EX NIHILO brand values at all times
Know What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, or retail sales (premium environment preferred)
* A genuine passion for perfumery and an understanding of the luxury client experience
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Sales‑driven mindset with the ability to deliver results through exceptional service
* Professional appearance and polished demeanor
* Flexibility to work weekends, late evenings, and key trading periods
