Job Description:
Flexsource, part of the Cpl Group, is recruiting B-Class Drivers / Packers for a well-established moving and logistics company in Dublin. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a mix of driving and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Start daily at a Dublin-based warehouse from 7:30am
2. Assist with packing, loading, and preparing goods from approx. 8:30am
3. Complete delivery runs (first delivery typically around 9am)
4. Return to warehouse for approx. 4:30pm (finish times may vary)
5. Carry out manual handling tasks as part of daily duties
6. Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards
Key Requirements:
7. Full, clean B-Class driving licence
8. Manual handling certificate (training can be provided)
9. Previous delivery driving or moving/packing experience is an advantage
10. Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
11. Strong communication and customer service skills
12. Flexibility for ad-hoc shifts
Pay:
13. Hourly Rate: from €15.55 per hour (DOE)
14. Overtime Rate: from €17.55 per hour (after 46 hours per week)
