Key Responsibilities
Updating and maintaining internal systems, including scanning incoming post and saving emails
General copy typing, scanning, and filing of documents
Monitoring shared email inboxes and managing telephone and email enquiries
Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
Drafting professional correspondence
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Preparing documentation for meetings and formal requirements
Uploading and managing documents within document management systems
Acting as receptionist at in‑person meetings and hosting virtual meetings
