Aircraft Engineering Leadership Role
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the airworthiness and maintenance activities of our fleet. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.
This leadership role involves ensuring compliance with EU regulations and TM-CAD standards, managing continuing airworthiness activities, and communicating with the TM-CAD on airworthiness matters. You will also be responsible for revising and submitting the Lauda Europe CAME and amendments for TM-CAD approval, coordinating actions on airworthiness occurrences, and assessing subcontractors and contracted maintenance providers for compliance.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the aeronautical industry, including at least 2 years in a suitable position.
* Knowledge of Human Factors principles and Safety Management Systems.
* Practical experience in applying aviation safety standards and operating practices.
* A relevant engineering degree or aircraft maintenance technician qualification.
